Permanent Cosmetics

Become a Permanent Makeup Technician

Permanent cosmetic makeup is the art and science of implanting color into your skin. It is putting the right color in the right place so you can look better naturally. It is essentially a form of cosmetic tattooing in which color pigments are chosen and strategically used to enhance a person’s natural beauty.
